Welcome to the new website of Wood and Weld. We specialise in furniture manufacturing and shopfitting concepts. We are renowned for building architectural furniture designs. No projects is too complex for our team of craftsmen. Wood and Weld was founded in 1992 by Andrew Thornton.

Wood and Weld is fully equipped to handle any woodwork project. Our facilities at our factory hosts the latest state of the art machinery and equipment. Our experts are constantly refreshed and our years of experience counts as priceless. Wood and Weld is contracted by Lego South Africa for all their shopfitting and installations since 1992.

We done several project for the following customers namely De Klerk Architects and Arthur Quinton Architects. We also did the project management of several toy shops throughout South Africa. Examples of these are The Toy Shop in Menlyn Shopping Centre and The Toy Shop in Gateway Shopping Centre. Other toyshops are The Caves in Bloemfontein, Nelspruit, and Greenstone.
